What we collect

Your email address, the page where you joined, consent wording and time, enrollment status and method, and unsubscribe events. Short-lived hashed network identifiers help limit abusive submissions.

Why we use it

To save your place, send a joining receipt and notify you when Romii launches. Joining does not create a credit account, start an application, or guarantee access to credit. This list is separate from Journal subscriptions.

Where it is processed

Cloudflare stores the waitlist and operates this website. Resend processes joining receipts and launch emails. Service providers may process data outside Canada. Access to the list is restricted to authorized company staff.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe using the link in your email, without signing in. Unsubscribed addresses are excluded from launch exports. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. We retain waitlist details while needed to manage launch notifications and honor your choices. After you leave, we retain only records needed to document consent or an unsubscribe request. You can request deletion by contacting us.
